- jqpabc123 4y agoAlways have a backup plan and supplier. Never, ever go with a single source unless there is absolutely no alternative. This includes production/assembly. Tim Cook undoubtedly knew this but in typical American style, next quarters profit report always comes first. Ignoring this for so long only makes it more difficult/costly to diversify now.
