It seems obvious the court didn’t understand it’s ruling or that it was breaking new ground. Also, someone has to request the enforcement of the order or it is just writing on a document. Many laws are written and go forever unenforced. Still it is disturbing news, as we are already at an alarming rate of censorship with the laws morphing for the worse.
- deepcyanide 4y agoYour take sounds a bit optimistic, this is the win hollywood has been seeking for years. I doubt this was a mistake and even if it is they'll happily embrace it.
