- hansel_der 4y agoin the sense that the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts. it will not be whole again if you just consume the broken down parts.
- mdp2021 4y agoI am not sure that "vitamins in tablets" are as healthy as the natural intake. For sure, that is not what the warnings on some packages recommend.
