Well, Qatar has highest GDP per capita in the world, yet it treats immigrants and foreign workers very poorly.
- pedrosorio 4y agoSince we're talking about moving from Russia to the US as a technology professional (and seeing as I am and know plenty of "immigrant and foreign workers" here), I can assure you the Qatar concern does not apply.
