Not in my experience. I don't see or talk to any of my friends from college. We're not on bad terms or anything, we just all went our own ways after graduation.

Not in my experience. I don't see or talk to any of my friends from college. We're not on bad terms or anything, we just all went our own ways after graduation. Tried to keep up for a few years, but guys got married or busy with careers and it wasn't sustainable. I believe that physical proximity is the overriding necessity in long-lasting friendships (and feuds, as well, if it goes that way).
- ajmurmann 4y agoOne thing that worked for me is to set up calendar appointments with friends to check in. Even if it gets postponed or cancelled most of the time, it still will work. For me it has been working extremely well the last 4-5 years, even across continents.
