You could use Joplin and make a ToDo list in Markdown format and select Dropbox as the backup/sync service within it.
- p0d 5y agoThanks, Joplin may be just what I was looking for. Trying it now. I wanted the speed of local storage with remote sync. Dropbox Paper slow response times suggests to me a lot is going on remotely.
