Start simple. Educate co-workers on why a specific approach is good. Build culture. Slowly but surely you should all be working towards the same goal. It's a slow process but with many moving parts. Take on a single piece at a time. That's the only thing that works.
- jseban 4y agoThis is the worst type of working environment, when everyone on the team is trying to "educate" and evangelise and "build culture" which is nothing but sucking up to the manager, instead of trying to be realistic about solving issues and delivering value.
