- bediger4000 5y agoWhat does this sort of thing mean? If the US had adequate food safety reporting, would this sort of thing even exist? I think not. So I make two hypotheses: 1. US states don't put enough resources into food safety. 2. The entire food safety apparatus is a victim of regulatory capture. These aren't mutually exclusive.
