I used to get annoyed at that, then I caught myself doing it to someone else (accidentally). It's surprisingly easy to do, especially if you get distracted midway through reading an email. I've had much better success numbering all my asks, that reminds people that there's more than one question to answer. It also helps to cluster all the questions at the end of the email, when possible.
