Some red flags for me:
* needs email to download
* needs email to start
* spammy email subject with unicode fire in front (lost in HN): " You've been invited to Fig!"
* using trackers in email and app
* macOS only
- Kye 4y agoYou associate it with spam because spam uses effective subjects. There are a handful of effective subject forms that are used in essentially every email campaign and transactional email, and a sharp drop off to a long tail of subjects that people ignore.
