It's good to see Leuchtturm1917 on the top of that list, it's been my go-to notebook/diary for a while now (picking different colours for each year), and it works excellently. And yeah, take notes early, take notes often! Even if I have the feeling there should be more digital (single source of truth management of knowledge and action items), that just doesn't seem to stick too much. So keep taking paper notes. Company provided/branded notebooks can be pretty good too, separated from the personal ones, which feels healthier.
