- ethbr0 4y agoIs soup popular in Dutch cuisine? Honestly asking. Etymologies of aphorisms (especially multiple cultural ones) fascinate me.
- dtech 4y agoNot particularly popular, especially nowadays. "Snert", a thick pea soup with pork, is a classic winter dish though.
- galgalesh 4y agoIn Dutch-speaking Belgium, soup used to be a staple of our diet. Every meal started with soup when I was young.
