Never knew Himalayan range is so effective. India should build artificial mountain range to stop heat weave entering the region.
- systemvoltage 4y agoWhy? It’s easier to just invent fusion and get air conditioning going at the national level. Or just paint the entire country white.

- kburman 4y agonot everyone might like all white. Instead of entire country we can have dome with climate control over metro city.
- sumedh 4y agoMaybe blow some parts of the Himalayas so the cold air can enter the Indian mainland.

- allisdust 4y agoIf that is done, then the advantages are lost too. Much of moisture from the monsoons is dumped as snow during winter which powers all the glacial rivers because Himalayas act as a barrier for the moisture rich winds. That is why the other side of Himalayas is a cold dry desert (rain shadow).
