I've worked with companies that essentially manage projects using outsourced labor to India. If you can manage quality and finish projects then there are a lot of companies that are quick to hire. Code quality and timeline are extremely hard to manage and over time it impacts the firm's long term survival. I'm interested in knowing how you handle quality control. Technical debt is usually a problem since it's hard to find long term coders that want to stick around for the long term so their code is rushed just to get it done without thinking about the future.
