- autoexec 4y agoNo surprise that Facebook is spying, but sad that it's forced on people by the state. I've seen google trackers used on .gov sites as well. It should be illegal to force people to give their data to 3rd parties when they just want to take advantage of a public service

The headline reads like Meta was doing something bad, but in reality someone at the DoE put a tracker on their page. Clickbait headlines strike again.
