Humanities Graduate Education Is Shrinking
- Bostonian 4y agoSince the ratio of humanities PhDs produced to new tenure-track positions each year is very high, humanities graduate education should shrink drastically. Adjuncts are not treated well. Encouraging bright young people to waste the best years of their lives is wrong.
