  There has been a lot of chatter about people getting more followers and not getting banned as easily anymore. I personally have seen tweets remain for days that 100% got people banned before. I don't know if there's anything more to it, but from what I'm seeing is that there's been a change in policy in regards to what is allowed or enforcement of violations. But yeah, it might just be noise. I don't know if anyone has any more information.

  I will be convinced that Twitter is heading in the right direction when then re-enable Trump’s account. I am not a fan of his, but it is simply outrageous that he was blocked on all social media. I am not a fan of Biden either but I would be outraged if he was canceled just the same.

  A fairly active account from years ago tied into some areas of ... leftist-sceptical online gaming culture. Either a Japanese housewife who likes videogames, or a Brazilian man claiming to be a Japanese housewife, depending on who you ask. They were banned (assumed at the time to be as part of the regular general reaping of non-leftist accounts), and the fact that they've resurrected seems to be indicating a policy change at Twitter.

    You are arguing that only non-leftist spew hate, false information, and vitriol? (which is what the accounts were suspended for). I think this is pretty unsubstantiated.

      It's entirely unsubstantiated, because GP doesn't appear to have made that argument at all! In fact they make no mention of hate, vitriol or false information, where is this all coming from?

Nice, will they also let me view their site without Javascript? Displaying 144 character messages should not require Javascript, and it didn't until a year or so ago. Which not coincidentally is when I stopped reading Twitter.
