I'd like to be able to detect the truth in any formal statement. When I'm watching a youtube video and the presenter says "80% of the mass in the universe is made up of dark matter" I'd like the be able to know if that's true or false. This would be for everything I read or hear, from anyone, all the time.

I guess the answer of science is: I show you an experiment that you can repeat and then we share our observations when repeatably running the argument. That is what we then call an "objective observation". If it is repeated over and over, people sometimes start to calling it a law etc. Maybe you can share a concrete video and then we discuss which statements you would like to have fact-checked and in which way?
