- raxxorraxor 4y agoWhat 10 years ago was called malware comes back today as a security product. These are often questionable and offer surveillance options so users should take care. BYOD is basically dead with this strategy. Perhaps that is a positive at least. For some companies such security is necessary but I heavily doubt that investment for many will be worthwhile. This will quickly mix with bossware and will further damage the IT security industry. The IT security industry - slightly less scummy than scammers but just as expensive. Even the phrasing "legacy security" for network security sounds extremely sketchy.
