- hotpotamus 4y agoThis is the part of universal WFH I just don't get. If you can work from anywhere, then why does the value of your work change depending on what country you're in?

- erik_seaberg 4y agoYou don’t get 100% of the value you produce, unless you work alone with only your equipment. You get the cost of retaining you, which depends on how many other employers would make you a better offer.
