My dog would be happy to take the middle seat between me and my girlfriend, would stay out of the way of others, and I'd pay a significant amount of money if this were an option. Babies are bad enough, and I'd book in an instant if an airline announced a ban on babies. As for animal? That'd be insane. Keep them on the ground where they belong.
