Wrong. Unless the company is paying him a retainer he is unemployed and therefore can entertain offers.
- mathattack 15y agoWavephorm, I respectfully disagree. He may legally entertain other offers, but that doesn't make it ethical. If it was ethical, and wouldn't cause residual harm to his reputation, there would be no issue telling the world he was doing it.
