It is never a good sign when a leader holds others to standards they themselves aren't held to.
- nullc 4y agoCounterargument: If you hire someone make a painting of your dog, would you hold their work to a higher standard than if you had done the work yourself?
- JaimeThompson 4y agoI expect leaders to lead by example and to not punish others for behaving the same way leadership does. Leaders trashing workers isn't them doing the job they are paid to do.
