If an $800 minimum franchise tax is a lot of money to a rookie business owner, you're in for a rude awakening. Also: "I have better things to do that deal with idiots in California who think they have the right to impose obligations on my Illinois business." LMAO.....This does not read like a successful business owner, let alone one who gives reassuring advice.
