Will Tyler (TYL) admit Odyssey Portal leaked millions of confidential records?
- 6stringmerc 4y agoIf you have been following JudyRecords [1] and Tyler’s behavior, you can easily surmise there is a news bomb about to go off. Potentially millions of records exposed - thousands or more actually accessed. It was a flaw in Odyssey Portal, not any malicious or CFAA violating techniques. It’s almost beginning to look like TYL is trying to keep it quiet - more so than their random ware attack recently - and use misleading language. Are there any attorneys here who understand and can explain if / when misdirection and weasel words turn into intent to defraud investors? - 6stringmerc 4y agoConsidering the timeline, Feb 26 to Present is a long time to work on an explanation for a forthcoming subrogated legal payout (potentially multiple) and the reputational damage hit for the defective software. Pretty sure the result of Odyssey Portal was not what the clients paid for as the result with their records…
