Am I the only one who doesn't take daily notes, doesn't build a knowledge database and doesn't track every aspect of my life? I feel out of touch with folks these days sometimes.
- gunfighthacksaw 4y agoI tried for the sake of work, but a single crunch completely scrapped that and I haven’t had the mental energy to start again.

- jjice 4y agoNah, I'd assume the majority of people don't. HN is a crowd that leans towards that kind of tracking and data, and the people that do it probably enjoy it and tend to talk about it more. I try to keep track of work notes and such, but when I've tried to be super strict about it, I always fall off.
