- ggm 4y agoAgree. He's on a $1b penalty if he walks away too afaik. Certainly Twitter was on a penalty payment to him if they accept a higher offer so I am assuming reciprocity in the contract. If he exploits the drop on Tesla to do some stonks buying back undervalued shares the FEC will want some of what he's smoking.
