What’s the con (vs pro) to this approach? I can see Wall Street analysis saying on premise companies outperform (Msft is back, Tesla, Apple, but not the group missing earnings reports), then the hot new startups follow because their funders wrote the analysis, then a rush for San Francisco office space again, across the board like never before. 10 years goes by fast. The kids who missed in person learning might long for in person working.
