Yeah, I dove into the rabbit hole this afternoon. But my vim usage is too hardwired now after decades. I tried to teach someone how to use vi/vim at work a while ago and it was hard because I didn't really think about how I use it. Just like explaining how to type on qwerty; so much muscle memory that goes into things. Back when I was addicted to WoW, I dreamed of using foot pedals as secondary inputs for macros/key combos, but never really pursued it past thinking it would help.
