My resting heart rate is on average 48. I can't imagine resting at 120 BPMs. Although most dance music is in that area 120-140 bpms.

- SauciestGNU 4y agoAre you a marathon runner or other extraordinary athlete? I do consistent rigorous cardio and have for the last decade and can barely get under 60.
- tmountain 4y agoMine is usually around 50-52 and that’s the result of 30 minutes of “orange zone” peloton above 5 times a week for roughly 4 months.
- SauciestGNU 4y agoThis sounds about equivalent to what I do. Last time I was at the doctor I was measured at 56, but when I measure myself I usually come in closer to 60.
- fumar 4y agoI am an average runner with 30-40 MPW. It is a genetic disorder that I discovered after my mid-20's. My heart rate will hit 178-180 with exercise, but otherwise its always below average.
