- jollybean 5y agoHe doesn't need to apologize - everyone realizes that almost nobody knows the answer to such things and that it'd be a de facto estimation or opinion. Otherwise, he has to keep his trap shut or face being sent to Siberia. Putin isn't tolerating anything at the moment.
