Editorial: Elon Musk probably won't buy Twitter

- encryptluks2 4y agoHe's already violating the non-disparagement clause of the purchase agreement filed with the SEC.
- afavour 4y agoOnly way to really prove that is in court, though, and no one seems in a rush to go.
- WheelsAtLarge 4y agoTrue! "Breakingviews" != Breakingnews but it sure is close. It's so easy to mistake. Talk about clickbait. It's a bit maddening.
- nabla9 4y ago>The market partly anticipates it already. Twitter’s stock is currently trading 11% below his offer price – a fairly wide spread for a deal with little antitrust pushback. Musk’s tweets criticizing some company actions – potentially flouting the merger agreement - already suggest he might be starting to lose interest. Most likely, Musk's attention will wander elsewhere. It wouldn't be the first time.
