I really wish datomic was free and open source. I would love to play with it and datalog a lot more to see how things really work outside of tutorial space, but having to pay to even try it is an activation energy I don't expect I will ever overcome.
- jitl 4y agoThere is a similar open-source database called XTDB: https://xtdb.com/ https://xtdb.com/ I still haven’t found the activation energy, though.
