  That’s fair. I’m not in any position to judge the quality of the school. I was just surprised that the school called while I was filling out the sign-up form.

  "Driven by sales, not academic qualifications" is a GREAT metric for people providing your academic credentials. No normal college can afford that many warm bodies calling. That tells you that either their profit margin per student is MUCH higher, or their student volume is way higher (they take everyone). It's a valid red flag.
