E-Mail isn't email. Provide as MX to your own is impossible if you only have dynamic ip: Most ranges are on spam lists, for good reasons. Hosting everything else is possible. I work for a company that makes use of three components: a so called smarthost, that does AV and Spam detection, a newsletter host and groupware server. Many more combinations are possible.
