I use air purifiers in home and I am trying to do the same. Issue is a lot of the electronics like these honeywell purifiers require user input when turned on or off. Do you know of any tricks around this?
- Marsymars 4y agoNo good solution I've found other than being careful in product purchases. I recently got some Blueair air purifiers and was careful to check the manual for power off functionality first. ("The autostart feature automatically restarts the air purifier at the last set speed if it has been unplugged, used with a power switch timer, or if a power failure occurs.")
- outworlder 4y agoOther than modifying the device to provide the missing input? No. You could also use some ridiculous solution like the switchbot.
