I see comments like this all the time, but rarely do they include which key insights, or how you would do it better. How would you do it better?
- smt88 5y agoCentralization is the main thing. Geeks like us hate it, but mainstream users love the benefits it brings them. Federated services are confusing and create a lot of UX friction, and the average user doesn't understand what the benefits are.
- ryukafalz 5y agoEmail is federated and people manage to use that just fine. Why are other federated services different?
