I'm not sure it's a problem. I've mostly lost my interest in technology quite a bit too. I now merely see tech as a tool and not an exciting obsession. I'm excited about other things now. Exercise. Camping. Travel. Gardening. Cooking. Woodworking. Tech can improve those things, but tech in itself is not super interesting.
