The author is out of touch. 750/mo is what you might expect for a single person, low amenity place in a nice part of town in a mid-tier american city.
What kind of housing market is this guy used to, rural Kansas?
- cphhell 15y agoSingle guy, usually house sharing. Never paid more than 650/mo in the states for better living conditions. The 750/mo price was for a single room in a two bedroom apartment.
