Would you still just sit there if they were getting to the point where someone was going to kill you?
Are pacifists really of the mind that they're happy to stand and be killed if it comes to that?
Do you think that's what the Ukrainians should be doing right now?
- hinoki 5y agoYes, some people are. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirk_Willems https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dirk_Willems It would certainly shorten the war, but I’m not sure very many Ukrainians would be ok with that.
- chrisseaton 5y agoIf people want to be this rational, they might as well just hang themselves now and save the climate impact of the Russian advance.
