stay on your lane, that's my advice
not understanding things is the best way to hire the wrong people, promote the wrong product and fail miserably, if burning money is your thing, go ahead
an employee will never tell you that your business is bad, as long as he gets paid
- achow 5y agoTech is means to an end. If you are doctor shouldn't you hire tech to solve an intricate problem that only you know how to solve? If you are a petrochemical dude shouldn't you hire a bunch of techies to solve an 'insider' petrochemical supply-chain logistics problem that only you know solution for and have enough network to get ball rolling on your first few customers and validation?
