I use to not eat breakfast everyday for 18+ years. it was something I just didn't do. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I started feeling the effects: chronic fatigue, I was always feeling lethargic, etc. eating breakfast changed everything (a healthy diet really).

- Evgeny 15y agoWell I'm not eating breakfast quite often and it does not affect me in any negative way - more like the opposite. If it took you 18+ years to feel negative effects of not having breakfast, I would probably check any other changes that happened recently first.
