This is the ideal use-case for Airbnb. I hope to see properties like yours on that platform!
- voakbasda 4y agoI have thought about that, but I am seeking long term tenants. The overhead of constant turnover and upkeep would be much higher, so I am offering no less than a one year lease. Regardless, I do not approve of AirBnB from an ethical standpoint. Their business model is predicated on skirting established laws that cover lodging establishments, and I do not support such shenanigans.
