- moffkalast 4y agoQuestion: Twitter is currently trading at 51.something USD. > Twitter stockholders will receive $54.20 in cash for each share of Twitter common stock that they own upon closing of the proposed transaction Isn't there an arbitrage profit here of ~$3 per stock or something? Am I completely nuts or is it a sure thing to throw literally all money at twitter right now haha.
