I think you mean undermine his and the state's democratically legislated power and ability to represent the people of the state of Florida. It's that simple. Disney isn't even mentioned in the legislation, nor are the 6 other corporations affected beside Disney. They can try and fight it on legislative grounds, but if they try anything other than that they will open themselves up to outside discovery of all the things they have concealed while they have policed themselves, most notably crimes and their corporate liability related to children, guest safety, and environmental protection and hazards. Disney like one of those blurred out areas on Google maps when it comes to such inquiries because they police themselves. Unless they try to fight it on anything but procedural/administrative grounds. That's when they open themselves up to exposure.
