- imglorp 4y agoThe sequence is fully automatic: as soon as you pull the handle, the canopy pyros blow a hole, the straps pull the occupant's limbs in, the seat launches, separates from person, finally chute deploys. Your next inputs after pulling the handle are steering and landing the chute if you are conscious. - orbital-decay 4y agoYes, the parachute is in the ejection seat, it's deployed automatically later by necessity, as the pilot could be injured and/or unconscious.
