The report repeats many previous allegations made by the commission, appointed by the government whose key figure is the main ruling Law and Justice party leader, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the twin of the late president. [...] Earlier, two separate reports by Polish and Russian experts on aviation incidents said the crash on approach in dense fog to the Smolensk airport, which did not have sophisticated aviation equipment, was the result of human errors made in adverse weather conditions. They found no proof of foul play. This commission was always going to conclude the president was murdered, because his twin brother, who thinks so, runs the commission. It's unlikely we'll ever find out what happened, since Russia refuses to return the wreckage, and in any case is entirely capable of such acts of state terrorism. But this report tells us nothing new.

Nope it's not like that. Poland is currently ruled by a right-wing party of really strong lunatics. They introduce laws at night, cheat, steal on a massive scale, they destroyed the tripartite government. They send inconvenient judges to the other side of the country, they divide the nation, and so on. They violate the constitution, they have turned public radio and television into propaganda outlets on a level you wouldn't believe. The plane with the government delegation crashed. They tried to land in fog, well below the permitted minimums. They shouldn't have done it at all, but they did, and everyone died. Simple ball. As I mentioned earlier they are lunatics. One of the ways they stay in power is through this disaster. They go on and on and on about some bulls, they spend billions on research - I'll give you an example of what - they blew up a greenhouse... They did some experiments with ...sausages. Totally absurd. They talk s about artificial fog, mysterious explosions, it's just absurd. The worst thing is that they use ...bodies of people who died there. For the umpteenth time they dig bodies out of graves, publish their photos... Nightmare. Now they are once again showing their bastardry - they are using the war in Ukraine to revive the topic. You know - evil Putin blew up a plane. They are so absurd that e.g. the moment the information about the use of thermobaric weapons in Ukraine appeared, immediately this pseudo-commission started talking about a thermobaric bomb in the plane. So don't believe in this article.

    That is correct. However, the plane with the delgation crashed because the rules were not followed.

As an ex-pilot, I will tell you that one of the major causes of death when using an aircraft is flying in poor visibility. We call conditions like that 'Cumulo-Granite', otherwise known as 'a cloud with a rock in it'. Fog and cloud are one thing, solid rock and dirt hidden by that fog and cloud are a different thing entirely.
