Only Europe. Sigh.

Though the current state of the web is depressing, the rise of piracy and TOS-breaking VPNs for the general public made it quite easy and inconspicuous for people to use VPN services. You can effectively get the protection of any EU based citizen by setting up a VPN with an endpoint in Europe. There are dirt cheap options thanks to the man youtube sponsor discounts, and there are privacy-first VPN providers like Mullvad who are pricier but better if you care about your traffic.
