My recent experiences in job hunting are that my wide range of IT skills are not valued. Appears that recruiters are looking at specific latest fad buzzwords. If you don't have them then they pass over your CV.
- lmarcos 5y agoThen just add such buzzwords to your cv. Recruiters know very little about our industry. Once you pass the recruiter layer, you'll get to talk to engineers (and chances are that they will value your wide range of experience)
