there is another weird phenomena I seen on online forums. Normally, get a not so comfort backpack should quite common, I knew lots of people try lots of backpacks and just can't get the right one. I suspect most of them is because of they pack their bag not (physically, or said in mechanically) wrong. But I rare seen related content online, only few have issue with bruise hips. (hips!? really, how much you carry could cause bruise hips?) I wonder if the search technology nowadays are broken (I use google, but sometimes I pay some visit to duckduckgo but get quite the same result)
